Discrepancies in your order, missing parts or faulty products must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery – ideally within 24 hours. If packaging appears damaged upon delivery to you, it is recommended that this be documented on the delivery note before you sign.

Returns can only be authorised prior to assembly, and returned in the original packaging without damage. Returns will only be accepted if a faulty part is reported before assembly.

If on receipt of goods there are broken or missing parts, we will send a new part to complete the kit. A missing part does not constitute an automatic return, although we will authorise an exchange if we are unable to supply a new part.

If your product is faulty please contact orders@speysidestore.co.uk and our Customer Service department will contact you at their earliest convenience. If a fault develops after delivery you should not continue to use the product and you should report this to our Customer Service department.

Please note that Speyside Store will only cover the return postage cost if the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
