Discrepancies in your order, missing parts or faulty products must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery – ideally within 24 hours. If packaging appears damaged upon delivery to you, it is recommended that this be documented on the delivery note before you sign.

Returns can only be authorised prior to assembly, and returned in the original packaging without damage. Returns will only be accepted if a faulty part is reported before assembly.

If on receipt of goods there are broken or missing parts, we will send a new part to complete the kit. A missing part does not constitute an automatic return, although we will authorise an exchange if we are unable to supply a new part.

If your product is faulty please contact admin@speysidestore.co.uk and our Customer Service department will contact you at their earliest convenience. If a fault develops after delivery you should not continue to use the product and you should report this to our Customer Service department.

Upon authorisation of a return, we will issue a RO Note number (Return Order) and this number must be quoted at all times during the returns process and correspondence. 

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Note: All product returns must be returned within 14 days from authorisation issue. No returns will be accepted without an RO number.

Returns/Refund & Exchange Process

Be advised that in order to ensure a smooth process, all customers MUST follow the instructions provided by our customer services team. Failure to adhere to this WILL result in delays or rejected claims.

  • STEP 1: Contact our customer service department at admin@speysidestore.co.uk
    • Our Customer Service team will respond to your query as soon as possible.
    • If your claim is deemed to be valid, our customer service team will provide you with a returns order number for your product to be returned, If a replacement part is required, the advisor will instruct you accordingly.
  • STEP 2: When your return has been arranged and you have your RO number, you can send the item back. Please remember to ask for a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office or your chosen courier, in the event of a lost delivery. Allow a minimum of three working days for us to receive your item. Please ensure your item is suitably packaged for transportation. We are responsible for your parcel during transit. 
  • STEP 3: On receiving your product, your query will be processed. If for any reason we are unable to process your return, a member of our customer service team will contact you with an explanation. Upon completion of the returns process, a refund or exchange will be issued and an email sent to your registered email address.
